Nobody likes rules – but they do ensure that everybody receives fair treatment. We have tried to keep these to a minimum, but do reserve the right (as the owners of this website) to change them at a moment’s notice. We also reserve the right not to enter into discussion should we choose not to.

1. All reviews on this website must be suitable for a family audience. Please remember that children often peer over parents’ shoulders. This being so, please avoid any profanities, threats, prejudicial comments, sexually explicit language or other inappropriate wording. We reserve the right to edit your review, or deny publishing it if it contains any of these.
2. All reviews must be written by an actual guest. Word of mouth is not acceptable. If you have a disability that prevents you from writing a review via the website – then please ask a friend to get in touch via email with a telephone number that we can contact you on.
3. Reviews written by the accommodation owners, staff, family or friends… whilst posing as genuine guests… will not be tolerated. Employees of the accommodation (past OR present) are expressly forbidden from adding reviews.
4. Reviews must be in your own words, and not copied from another source.
5. Reviews must be of visits within the last 9 months. If longer, we reserve the right to not publish.
6. Reviews must be relevant and appropriate to the accommodation mentioned.
7. Only one review per accommodation is permitted in any 3 month period. After the 3 months is up, you may post another review for a separate visit.
8. Commercial contact information is expressly forbidden. We reserve the right to reject any URL for any reason without explanation.
9. All reviewers must be over the age of 16. However… if a child would like to leave their thoughts about a happy time they had with their pet at a certain place – then their parent should email us for discussion.
10. Only genuine email addresses please. If there is a problem with your review, or if we need further information… then we need to be able to contact you.
11. Please keep text speak to a minimum, and no typing all in capitals please. We reserve the right to either edit or delete your review for this.
12. We will NEVER pass on personal contact information from this website, so please do not waste your time or ours by asking for it. We will only release it to the police or a legal entity.
13. The views expressed on this website are not those of Alan and Elle at Pet Friendly Breaks, unless we have expressly stated so.
14. And finally… as the owners of this website, we absolutely reserve the right to edit, remove, refuse to publish, or generally do what we wish with your review, as we deem necessary for the health of this website. We are a completely independent entity, and not the owners of any property mentioned on this website. We build websites… we market for our clients… we provide online arenas for people to meet and chat. That is all.
