Accommodation Description
Lovely villa with two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two twin beds (can be made to double). Sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen and bathroom.
Outside, there are terraces and, a lovely crystal pool.
The property is set in the an old olive grove with fruit trees and vines. The surrounding countryside is just the perfect setting. Many walks, and tracks – but the grounds are large enough for great exercise for owners – and their best friend!

Set along a Tuscan hillside in the middle of olive groves, Casa Serena (Serenity) provides perfect peace and seclusion.From the garden and pool areas, there are spectacular views over the Val di Chio and, some of the most romantic sunsets.
The interior of Casa Serena is comfortably and attractively furnished offering two bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchen/diner . The entrance to the property has a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding Tuscan countryside – so charming that guests use this for lunch and dinner, enjoying the gentle mountain breezes, the calm of the valley – occasionally interspersed by the crickets calling in the night air – sheer serenity.

Montepulciano, Arezzo and more.
Then, there is the food and the famous wines – not forgetting the Tuscan hospitality which you will find wherever you go.
Whether it is a simple red or the more complex Brunello, a simple Pizza with freshly grated Truffle, the freshly prepared pasta and a simple sauce or the famous Fiorentino steak.
